A MAN wanted in connection with a violent burglary in South-West London was arrested in Leominster last week.
A police man-hunt was launched after an attack on lecturer, Paul Kohler, in his Kings Road home in Wimbledon on August 11.
Mr Kohler was left needing facial-reconstruction surgery after the assault.
West Mercia Police and Metropolitan Police last week arrested 29-year-old Oskar Pawlowichz in Leominster.
Pawlowichz, of Pitcairn Road, Mitcham, appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates Court last Thursday, charged with aggravated burglary and grievous bodily harm with intent.
No plea was given and he is due to appear at Crown Court at a later date.
