Hiring costs for the Wellington Heath Memorial Hall look set to rise in next financial year, by around ten per cent.
The hall committee is looking at several areas of expenditure, including replacing the windows in the fire doors and some of the seals on the double-glazed windows, due to "misting".
Repairs to around 20 chairs, damaged by stacking, will also be carried out.
