PLANS have been submitted to convert a building in Ross-on-Wye into a fitness centre and dance studio.
The site to the rear of Millpond Street was last used as an auction centre, but Wye Fit want to bring it up to standard.
The planning statement submitted to Herefordshire Council says that there will be no changes to the elevations and the existing parking facilities will be retained.
