A MAN who died in a collision on the A49 earlier this month has been described by his family as a "true gentleman".

Steve James Bunce, 60, from Moreton-on-Lugg, was driving a green raw striker kit car towards Hereford when his car left the carriageway and collided with a tree before overturning.

It happened at around 4pm on Saturday July 12, close to Hope-under- Dinmore on the A49.

In a statement, his family said: "Steve was a gentle, kind and loving family man, always considerate of others and a true gentleman.

"We are completely devastated by his untimely loss but we will love and cherish him in our hearts forever."

Anyone witnesses to the collision can call police on 101.
