UPTON Bishop s first fun dog show has raised £1,000 for the restoration of the village s church organ.

More than 80 dogs took part in the ten classes and competition was fierce in a friendly and fun way.

The sun shone, the dogs behaved and the busy tea area provided a peaceful haven.

The difficult task of judging such an eclectic array of hounds was superbly done by Lucinda Aldrich-Blake of Ross-on-Wye.

Best in show was won by Tinks owned by Amy Clinton from Weston under Penyard while the reserve best in show went to Bramble owned by Owen Florence.
