A Nordic walking course will take place at Aylestone Park in Hereford.
PEOPLE who like to take a stroll and get fit at the same time are being encouraged to try Nordic walking next week.
Qualified instructor Zoe Hooper will lead a beginners course at Aylestone Park in Hereford next Thursday (July 24) from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
