CHILDREN from Knighton, Presteigne, Whitton and Clun primary schools entered the Body and Soul competition to design a poster on the subject of health and fitness.
The contest was judged by AM Kirsty Williams and Julia Roberts of the Tower House Gallery, who sponsored the competition.
The winners were: 1st Rhys Brown (11) from Presteigne Primary School who won a basket filled with healthy eating products and a £20 voucher to buy art products from the Tower House Gallery, 2nd Violet Lowick (9) from Whitton Primary School who won a £10 voucher and joint 3rd Haydn Lewis (6) from Clun and Jackson Allwright (10) from Presteigne who won £5 vouchers. Before announcing the winners, Julia and Kirsty praised the high standard of artwork and thanked everyone who entered.
