THERE are no loos on Ledbury's recreation ground, but users will not have to travel far to spend a penny.
The town council has enquired whether users of the recreation and skatepark, close to the swimming pool, off Lawnside Road, might be able to use the toilets at the pool, which is run by Halo Leisure on behalf of Herefordshire Council.
Cllr Allen Conway was asked to investigate, and at a meeting of the town's environment and leisure committee last week, he confirmed that users of the recreation ground would indeed be able to make use of the swimming pool toilets.
Cllr Tony Bradford asked: "I bet they won't let us put up a sign?"
Cllr Martin Eager, chairing the meeting said: "No, it is an informal arrangement."
