AN invitation has gone out to young people in and around Leominster to find out what it means to be an air cadet.
Open to young people aged 13 and over – parents are also welcome – the evening will take place on Monday July 14 between 7pm and 9pm at the Squadron HQ on Bridge Street in Leominster.
It will provide an opportunity to meet staff and cadets, learn more about what being an air cadet means, activities on offer – including flying, gliding, first aid, BTEC qualifications and Duke of Edinburgh award – and the opportunities it opens.
