FREEMASONS in Herefordshire helped raise £12,000 for Midlands Air Ambulance.

The Reverend David Bowen, provincial grand master of Herefordshire, joined his contemporaries from Worcestershire and Gloucestershire at Strensham to hand over the donation.

"We are delighted to be able to show our support for Midlands Air Ambulance once again," said Rev Bowen.

"Charitable giving is central to Freemasons as was evident in 2012 when the province of Herefordshire donated £54,000 to the charity as a result of a designated three year campaign of support.

"The Freemasons’ grand charity works on behalf of all Freemasons in England and Wales, donating millions of pounds to worthy causes every year.”
