LEDBURY'S MP, Bill Wiggin has welcomed the news that 31 people in Herefordshire have managed to buy their own home through the Help to Buy scheme.
Bill Wiggin MP for North Herefordshire said: “I would urge more people to take advantage of the scheme and take that first step onto the property ladder.
