MORE than £3,000 was raised for a county charity at an open gardens event earlier this month.
The event, at Fawley Court in Brockhampton on June 22 was attended by more than 400 people and was organised by the charity's fundraising arm, Friends of the Samaritans.
The funds will be used to support the annual operating costs of the Samaritans' premises in Berrington Street, Hereford.
