PLANS have been submitted to build 35 new homes in Goodrich.
Clavis Holdings Ltd want the properties sited on land at Bivia Meadow.
The outline proposal includes provision for affordable homes, altered vehicular access and landscaping.
The design and access statement submitted to Herefordshire Council states that the applicants have sought to establish a rapport with their neighbours and an address has been made to Goodrich Parish Council.
"There is sufficient land to provide privacy in terms of overlooking from neighbouring properties and amenities and, even though the the scheme is submitted in outline only, the applicants have prepared a detailed landscaping scheme," reads the statement.
"The proposed access and egress to this site from the main Goodrich and M50 road has been remodelled and an altered access provided.
"Levels and visibility surveys have been conducted on site, following discussions with the Herefordshire highways department."
