THE county's own Mr Fitness took his 30 years of experience to guests at this year's Leominster Festival.

Ged Musto relived his fitness journey, from personal trainer to the stars to setting countless world endurance bests.

Most famously, Mr Musto broke the world record when he completed 2,908 sit-ups in one hour, completed at Leominster Leisure Centre.

People from around the UK travelled to hear Welsh-born Mr Musto share stories about winning his red beret to coming last in his school's obstacle race.

Also present were Yuri Kohno and Adam Brazier who recently competed in the World Drug Free Powerlifting Championships held in Germany, where Adam won a bronze medal.

The Ged Musto Challenge saw Leominster Scouts compete for two trophies – one minute of press-ups, and one minute of sit-ups.

It was designed to give the scouts and audience an insight as to what he had gone through for 60 Minutes.

The event was part of Leominster's 30th Festival, with other events taking place throughout the town throughout the week.
