TEME Valley vintage club held their annual tractor run on April 27. Over 90 tractors turned up on the day and followed a route marked out by organiser Lewis Weaver. With tractor run entry fees and raffle ticket sales the club was able to donate £1,250.43 to The Wales Air Ambulance and club member Thelma Lewis an early retired Barclays employee was able to match fund £481 by Barclays Community Investment bringing the total donated to £1,743.43. Thelma helped sell raffle tickets and fill in entry forms on the day. The money was presented to Helen Pruett the Wales Air Ambulance Community support coordinator by club members at their June meeting at the Castle Hotel, Knucklas.
