FORMER Hereford United manager Martin Foyle has issued a winding-up petition against the club.
The petition, which can be viewed here on the London Gazette website, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justics in London at 10.30am on Monday, June 2.
Foyle, who left United in March, claims that he was a creditor of the company.
He issued the notice on April 15.
Anyone who wishes to appear at the hearing must give notice of their intention by May 30.
Foyle was named as Southport's new manager earlier this month.
