LEDBURY-BASED charity, Salter's Hill, says it is a local success story, after three decades of helping adults with learning difficulties.
Finance manager, Rob Woolf, said: "The charity continues to grow and we now support over seventy people, employ over eighty staff, and have an annual income of over £1.7million."
He added: "With grants, donations and money from our reserves we have now fully completed the conversion of a redundant barn, started in 2008, on our Keeper’s Cottage site, off Falcon Lane, near Ledbury.
"This is now a superb facility that houses workshops, classrooms and the charity’s offices."
Mr Woolf continued: "With a new chief executive, Amanda Johnson, we are developing our plans for the future, and these include further fundraising activities to provide more support for our clients in Ledbury.
"One of the events we have planned is a music festival at Court Farm, Aylton on August 2."
