A NUMBER of county firms have been shortlisted as finalists in the Heart of England Fine Food Diamond Awards.
Hopes of Longtown and Pengethley Farm Shop have been nominated in the retailer category, while Castle House in Hereford and the Mill Race in Walford, near Ross-on-Wye, are up for best hospitality provider.
Hopes of Longtown and Truffles Delicatessen in Ross could also scoop an award at Saturday's gala event at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel.
