Charity bike ride for WW1 centenary

First published in News

HEREFORD students are doing a 100-mile bike ride to mark the 100-year anniversary of the start of WW1 on May 20.

The route – to Bristol and back ¬– is actually 106 miles, and the Hereford and Ludlow College team will be raising money for the British Legion.

Working as a 10-man team, and cycling in pairs, they will break up the ride with a paintball session.
