BROMYARD team The Shack Revolution presented a cocktail masterclass to Hereford’s Young Professionals Network on Thursday. Fourteen members of the entrepreneurial club brushed up on their mixing, twisting and shaking skills, while sampling the blends of seasonal ingredients, carefully selected premium spirits and first class apple juice the Shack Revolution are becoming famous for.

Brothers Rich and James Manning established their range of great fresh juices and cocktails in 2011, using fruit from their uncle’s orchards, a few wooden crates to build the structure, and a whole lot of imagination. Two years down the line the successful partnership will be serving thousands of fresh juices and cocktails this summer at events across the country alongside a diary filled with masterclasses, weddings and private parties.

James, who ran the masterclass at Harrison Clark Rickerbys' Broad Street office was thrilled with the event, commenting, "Thursday evening was great fun; it was such a privilege to teach cocktail skills to this group of keen young professionals. They were such an enthusiastic bunch, which shines through in the creative projects they’re up to across the county."

Katie Potter, who arranged the evening, added "The cocktail masterclass put on by the Shack Revolution boys was fun, fresh and thoroughly enjoyable. I was extremely impressed with the boys’ attention to detail and their enthusiasm; not only did they keep the whole group entertained but it was really interesting to try out some new cocktail recipes."
