A HEREFORD aid charity is ready to go live on air with its most recent appeal.

Concern Universal's Radio 4 Appeal hits the airwaves on April 13 and the appeal will be presented by comedian and actor Marcus Brigstocke.

The appeal highlights the way lives in poverty-stricken countries can be transformed with the use of a Flower Pot Stove, which provides an efficient and more environmentally friendly method of cooking and heating.
