Job well done at two Bromyard care homes

TWO Bromyard care homes have been recognised with shining inspection reports.

Both Whitegates and Highwell House achieved full compliance across all areas after being inspected by the Care Quality Commission.

Special mention was made of "attentive staff" and Whitegates manager, Sue Brown, said she was thrilled' with the report.

The homes are owned by Herefordshire Care Homes Group. Whitegates provides residential care for up to 37 elderly men and women, while Highwell House provides additional specialist nursing care.

Highwell House manager, Trudi Barnett, said: "It is testament to the team we have here, as they work tirelessly to combine the highest level of nursing and care provision with providing a homely and welcoming atmosphere."
