A CAT was rescued from a cavity wall of a building in Ledbury yesterday.
Firefighters were called to Bye Street just after 4.20pm.
The cat was taken to a vet for further assessment.
A cavity wall also caught fire in Hereford this morning.
Firefighters were called to Elm Road, off Southbank Road, just after 1.45am on Friday.
It is believed the fire was caused by heat from a gas fire.
