A LEOMINSTER charity shop celebrated 25 years of success this week.
Staff and volunteers at the British Heart Foundation shop enjoyed a birthday party, complete with tea and cake on Tuesday.
Certificates were also handed out to some of the 23 people who have been volunteering for more than a year.
Ann Cantwell, assistant manager at the shop, said: "It was a really good event.
"We all met at the shop and went for a finger buffet at Barber and Manuel, a nearby delicatessen. We were told that Leominster's BHF shop is the second oldest nationwide.
"It's a brilliant place to work, we have a terrific team of volunteers here and we couldn't run it without them.
"I think a good time was had by all."
Located just off Corn Square, the shop offers a wide range of goods such as clothes, shoes, accessories, DVDs, books and CDs.
