THE children in reception at Withington Primary had been learning all about the Chinese New Year. As it is the year of the horse, their teacher Sarah Houchen organised a trip to newly formed R2A, a riding for the disabled charity based in Credenhill. The children got to meet some of the charity's horses, learn about their body parts and tack and had a tour around the stable. The highlight of their trip was a ride on the horses under the supervision of Janet Alderton, R2As instructor. the children all had a very memorable experience
