HOLLY Demynn and Luke Tranter both from Knighton are members of the trophy winning cheerleaders GCA based in Gloucestershire. Their team of five came first at the Birmingham LG. Arena on February 16 in the Future Cheer competition.

Luke and Holly's parents, Pat, Mark, Alison and Richard were all at the event to see them perform. Luke and Holly both went to John Beddoes school and started cheerleading when they were at Aberystwyth University.

Holly is now in her final year of teacher training at Worcester University and Luke is working as a cameraman for Gems TV.
