A HEREFORD man has had his first first hair cut for eight years as part of a charity fundraiser.
Andy Rolfe, from Barrs Court Road, set a challenge to decide whether he should lose his dreadlocks he has had for five years.
The majority of people said that the 24-year-old should have them chopped, which helped raise more than £900 for Cancer Research.
"I definitely look a lot different, but I've had quite a few compliments from people who say that it suits me more," said Andy, who had his hair cut at Headraisers in Tupsley.
"The fundraiser really kicked off and it went way better than I thought it would, especially as £800 was my target.
"Aylestone High School, where I work, helped raise £187 of the total."
