PLANNING consent has been granted to convert a bungalow into a dental practice in Bromyard.
Concerns had been raised about traffic and parking problems near the site in Hatton Park.
However, applicant Rupert Parsons, from Acacia Dental Practice, said that there were no other suitable sites in the town and the building would be "fit for purpose".
A total of 13 out of 14 councillors voted in favour of the proposal at a planning committee meeting last week.
