POLICE have swooped on the ”biggest cannabis factory” ever busted in Herefordshire.
Growing equipment and 2,180 cannabis plants at various stages of development were found spread across several rooms in the Old Royal Mail building, Tenbury Road, Bromyard.
Superintendent Ivan Powell, police commander for Herefordshire, said the crop was worth around £1million.
“This was a massive cannabis factory, one of the biggest ever seen in the region and the largest ever uncovered in Herefordshire," he said.
Two men have been arrested.
