ALTHOUGH Ledbury and Scotland are not exactly close, that didn't stop locals celebrating Burns Night in style.
The Shop at Bromsberrow, in Bromsberrow Heath near Ledbury, put of a feast of scotch, haggis and shortcake biscuits for locals with Scottish roots on Saturday - the anniversary of the birth of famous Scottish poet Robert Burns.
Shop volunteers read poetry and shop committee chairman Richard Britton said: "We have several people in the village who have Scottish roots and wanted to recognise their national hero in our own small way."
The shop will celebrate Chinese New Year on Friday, the same day as they join in with the Ledbury Big Breakfast event.
