A FAMILY-led fundraising effort has put £3K into the coffers of a very special charity - with the prospect of more to come.
The money was raised in the name of Tracey Dallow who died from Lupus - a cruel incurable
illness that pitches the body into a battle against itself - three years ago.
Since then, the Dallow family, from Hereford, has devoted itself to fundraising in Tracey's name with efforts have ranged from a charity Zumba day to selling brooches and wristbands.
This week, in time for the third anniversary of Tracey's death, the family presented a cheque for the £3k raised so far to Lupus West Midlands.
And that, they say, is just the start.
More soon in the Hereford Times.
