PLANS to convert a barn into five homes near Ross-on-Wye have been approved.
Herefordshire Council's planning committee last week granted permission for the proposal at Everstone Farm in Peterstow.
Councillor Jenny Hyde, ward member for Llangarron, said that the village has strived for affordable housing for a long time and the development is supported by the parish council.
She added that local amenities are nearby and the site is situated in a "stunning location".
