TWO men are in a critical but stable condition following a crash on the A438 on Friday night.
Emergency services were called at 10.20pm following reports of a collision involving a yellow Seat Ibiza and a grey Ford Mondeo between Tarrington and Trumpet.
The 21-year-old driver of the Seat sustained a fractured skull while his passenger, a 25-year-old man, received serious internal injuries.
They were both taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham and are both described as in a critical but stable condition.
The 61-year-old male driver of the Ford Mondeo did not have any physical injuries but left was in shock.
The road was closed until the following morning.
