Cyclist robbed in Widemarsh Common, Hereford

A MAN was robbed as he cycled through Widemarsh Common in Hereford on Tuesday night.
The 56-year-old was stopped by two youths, who demanded his valuables.
He was pushed off his bike and his bumbag, containing a mobile phone and a small amount of money, was stolen.
It is alleged that the youths also tried to steal his bike, but the man held on and the offenders ran off.
The cyclist was shaken and bruised, but not seriously hurt.
One of the suspects was wearing a hooded top and the other a hat.
Anyone with information about the robbery, that happened between 10.30pm and 10.45pm, can call Detective Constable Philippa Conway on 101.
