Hereford College of Arts invites applications for artists' residencies
12:27pm Thursday 12th September 2013 in News
FOLLOWING the successful Artist Access to Art Colleges (AA2A) scheme, Hereford College of Arts (HCA) launches the Creatives in Residence Scheme.
Creative practitioners are invited to apply to the scheme, which will give them access to the fantastic specialist facilities at HCA’s campuses on Folly Lane and College Road, where the college’s university level degree programmes will be delivered from October.
“We really value having practising artists and designers working in the college alongside our students,” commented Richard Heatly, principal of the college.
“It benefits everyone – and we’ve even recruited some brilliant staff through the scheme as well.”
Applicants to the scheme are invited to submit project proposals and, if successful, will work on these projects from October until April 2014, when their work will be shown in an exhibition at the college.
For more information about the Creatives in Residence Scheme, visit hca.ac.uk or email email@example.com.
The closing date for applications is Tuesday.
