A SIX-year-old girl from Leominster has had nine inches of her long blonde hair cut off to help children who have lost their own.
Ella Bowen is donating her locks to the Little Princess Trust – the Hereford charity which provides real hair wigs to children who lose their hair through cancer treatment.
And she is also already well on her way to raising the £350 needed to make the wig.
Her mum, Natalie Burrows, said Ella decided she wanted to do something for charity after a successful fund-raising event – celebrating the life of her grandfather Tony Burrows – was held by family members in May.
