A MAN is due to appear before Hereford Magistrates Court today charged with a number of offences that happened in the city on Wednesday.
The 23-year-old has been charged with two counts of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, using threatening words or behaviour to cause alarm or distress, assault by beating, two counts of criminal damage and theft from a person.
