Hay Baby in Hay-On-Wye
Calling all junior Picassos – a Hay-On-Wye store is running a children’s art competition for ten-and-unders.
To give all budding artists a fair chance, Hay Baby’s contest is split into three age-groups; pre-schoolers, four to six-year-olds and seven to ten-year-olds.
The competition closes on April 20, with a lucky winner from each category taking home a “bundle of arty stuff suitable for their age”, and all entries being displayed in the shop’s window.
The theme is ‘Animals’ - so kids grab your crayons and paint pots and getting drawing.
