FIREFIGHTERS were called to several incidents around Herefordshire yesterday.
Crews first attended a chimney fire in Tarrington at 7.40am, and were then called to Burcott Road in Hereford after a scrap car caught fire at around 10.35am.
They later extinguished an out of control bonfire in Weobley Marsh at 12.45pm and helped clear up a fuel spillage in Edde Cross Street in Ross-on-Wye, before extinguishing a hedge fire at Whitestone at 5.35pm that evening.
