Two car crash in Bishops Frome - woman flown to Hereford County Hospital

A WOMAN was airlifted to hospital following a crash at Bishops Frome on Saturday.

Emergency services were called to the junction of the A4103 and B4214 at 2.40pm after two cars were in collision.

A woman, who is in her 60s, was trapped in her car for around 30 minutes before being released by firefighters.

She was treated at the scene by paramedics after sustaining a suspected pelvic injury before being flown to Hereford County Hospital for further assessment.

A second person was taken to the same hospital by land ambulance after suffering minor injuries.
