Dispute outside Wetherspoons in Hereford - man injured

A MAN sustained neck injuries following a dispute outside a Hereford pub.

The altercation happened next to a taxi parked outside Wetherspoons just after 9pm on Saturday.

Witnesses are asked to call PC Keith Ramone on 0300 333 3000.

Did You Witness Altercation Outside Hereford Pub?
Police in Hereford are appealing for witnesses to an altercation between two men outside The Kings Fee pub on Commercial Road.
Officers are particularly keen to trace several members of the public who intervened during the incident, which happened just after 9pm on Saturday, 2 March.
One man ended up with neck injuries following the dispute, which took place next to a taxi parked outside the pub.
PC Keith Ramone from Hereford police station said: “We know that there were a number of other people in the area at the time who witnessed the incident and went to help the man who was hurt in the altercation.
“The injured man is Asian while the other man involved is white. I would urge anyone who saw what happened and can give us any further details, to call us as soon as possible.”

I have also had quotes removed - when I mentioned that HT price increased 50% and no explanation had been given by the editor for the massive increase.

Dippy.
I am afraid I got slapped down by the editor for possible defamation.
I may have been a naughty boy it would seem.

Well, all I have to say on the matter is well done to the HT editorial team.
It is the finest organ to grace the county of Herefordshire and for the quite frankly reasonable price of £1.20 I don't see why anyone would have cause for complaint.

Also the council is doing a fabulous job.

Yes,no doubt whoever was at fault or whatever the reason for the altercation it will automatically be classed a race crime and all the resources of West Mercia police will be thrown at it.
