Assault in Hereford - police appeal

POLICE would like to speak to anyone who saw a man being assaulted in Belmont Road, Hereford.
He was walking with his girlfriend when they passed two men near the Three Counties Hotel.
One of the men then confronted them and tried to start a fight with the victim.
He then allegedly punched him twice in the head before running off towards McDonald’s.
The suspect is described as white, in his late teens, 5ft 10ins tall, slim build, with short, scruffy dark brown hair and a chinstrap beard.
He was wearing a bright yellow v-neck jumper and dark trousers.
