Man entered Hereford travel agency demanding money with 'bomb in his bag'
A MAN is wanted for attempted robbery after he entered a Hereford travel agency demanding money, saying he had a bomb in his bag.
The man, described as white, in his early 40s, around 5ft 8ins tall and wearing a baseball cap and dark clothing, entered Thomson travel agency on St Peter's Street at around 5.25pm yesterday (Tuesday October 23)
He approached the bureau de change and passed a note over the counter demanding money, and said he had a bomb in his bag.
The cashier fled and the man quickly retrieved the note and left the store.
Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101.
