Personal Overview - Held this seat at the 2011 election for Labour, replacing Val Lloyd who had stood down. Has a career background working for Coleg Morgannwg who provide education and training services in Wales. Politically, he has long term Local Government experience in the City and is a former Council Leader. He has also been a Welsh Local government spokesperson on Social services and Information. Prior to his election he stated that he would support the introduction of a Bill to prevent anyone under the age of 18 using Sun Beds (which became law in 2011). Previous Occupation - Administrator and Transport Manager for his Family Haulage Business. Has also worked as a Sales Executive,
Residential Care Home Manager (Local Authority) and Proprietor of a Retail Business. Press Officer and Public Relations Manager to Roger Knapman (former UKIP Leader and MEP).

Personal Overview - Elected at the 2009 elections from 1st place on the party's list in Wales. Has political experience at Local Government level and Prior to joining UKIP was an ex Labour Party member, served as an Independent Councillor and later as a member of the Referendum Party. Has subsequently stood for the party at both Welsh Assembly and Westminster elections. Was active during the 2004-09 European Parliamentary term as an advisor for one time party Leader Roger Knapman who was an MEP in the South West Region. Has advised the UKIP Wales Committee, advancing to become Vice Chairman of UKIP in Wales. Previous Occupation - Full time Sabbatical Campaigns Officer at Aberystwyth Students Union. President of Aberystwyth Students Union. Youth Organiser for Plaid Cymru (Cymru X Young Plaid Cymru). Former researcher for Jill Evans MEP. Latterly, researcher for Leanne Wood AM.

Personal Overview - Elected as one of the youngest members of the Welsh Assembly in 2007. She has shown concern at the public perception of politicians and would like to play a role in changing their perceived image as well as promoting youth involvement in politics. She has been involved in a number of campaigns, including Aberystwyth Peace and Justice Network. She has also been a member of the Welsh Language Society's Senate and has been a President of Aberystwyth Guild of Students.
