h.Art call out and planning meeting

H.ART, Hereford’s Open Studios event, will open registrations for its 11th year on February 27.

Artists or venues considering taking part are invited to the planning meeting on Wednesday, 6pm-7.30pm at Gardner Hall, Royal National College.

Artists (especially those new to h.Art) can get up-todate information, ask questions and meet other artists.

This year’s event will run from September 8 to 16. Last year saw 103 venues, 200 participating artists and more than 27,000 visitors.

The h.Art steering group will once again consider candidates for the Young Artist Bursary – professional artists aged under 30 (on September 8) who live and work in the county and who wish to take part in h.Art.
