BLACKEYED Theatre Company return to The Courtyard following their successful Hereford performances of Oh! What a Lovely War with a new production on February 3.

Steven Berkoff’s The Trial, an adaptation of Franz Kafka’s novel, tells the story of Joseph K, an estranged citizen who is the victim of anonymous governing forces beyond his control. Arrested and awaiting trial, K tries to escape through twists and turns that are at once shocking, thrilling and funny.

Blackeyed Theatre Company was established in 2004, with the aim of creating exciting and challenging, yet accessible, theatre that is memorable and thought-provoking without sacrificing entertainment and enjoyment.
