FARCICAL Comedy returns to The Leftbank on Saturday, with West Country comic Tom Glover opening proceedings.
Tom burst on to the stand-up scene in 2010 as part of the South West New Act of the Year competition and, says Edge Comedy, "keeps the room in the palm of his hand, flawlessly funny6 and a great professional".
He is followed by Callum Stewart, Jo Duncan and Stu Woodings and the night is headlined by Nick Page, who placed second at The English Comedian of the Year 2016. His debut Edinburgh Festival show had sell-out performances, critical acclaim and a host of 4 star reviews.
Nick's outlandish stories suggest that his is a life lived laughing from disaster to disaster.
The MC for the evening is James Ryan who has been described as “A pretty mean joke teller and when I say mean I mean distinctly average”.
