BARKING Dog Theatre presents the adventures of Pinocchio at The Courtyard on Saturday.
With original music and audience participation as well as use of puppetry and mime, the story of Pinocchio is brought to life making it treat for any child interested in fairy tales, toys, puppets or tales of foreign lands.
Gepetto decides to make a marionette from a magic piece of wood and he calls him Pinocchio, but he is a mischievous and naughty puppet who is easily distracted by the Fox and the Cat!
Join in with his adventures which include him being turned into a donkey and getting swallowed by a shark! Finally Pinocchio gets what he wants most of all when he becomes a Real Boy.
Pinocchio is part of Courtyard Family Saturdays, a programme of family events held every Saturday at The Courtyard. Children can also take part in a free activity from 10.30am, before the show.
