Open Sky was founded in Herefordshire in 2012 by physical theatre maker Claire Coaché and writer/filmmaker Lisle Turner, whose first feature film ‘Here

& Now’, in which Claire plays a principal character, was released in UK cinemas in summer 2014, "an impressive debut feature” declared The Guardian.

Open Sky is a new direction for Lisle and Claire who previously ran RedCape Theatre, whose The Idiot Colony enjoyed sold-out runs at Edinburgh Fringe and won the Total Theatre Award for Best Visual Theatre.

The Might Prince is Open Sky's first work for chidlren. "As parents of young families, we wanted to use our skills to make a piece of high quality theatre for young children that is positive, gentle, engaging and entertaining.
