You're fired will become you're hired on Sunday as the latest series of The Apprentice comes to an end.

Lord Sugar will pick the winner after 11 weeks of tough tasks and tougher talking in the boardroom.

The four finalists - Tom Gearing, Ricky Martin, Jade Nash and Nick Holzherr - will battle it out for the chance to become his new business partner and win an investment of £250,000.

But first they will have to face a grilling from Lord Sugar's associates including the fearsome Margaret Mountford.

Earlier this week, fruit seller Adam Corbally's dream of winning went pear-shaped after his team lost a luxury product task.

The market trader missed out on a place in the final after his high-end chocolates and jellies failed to sweeten Lord Sugar.

He is now tipping recruitment manager Martin to win.

"He's the best candidate in the process. He's clear and concise, he's on the money, he's a clever lad," Corbally said.

"He's shown himself in every task and he's proved himself in the boardroom time after time."
